His Reach, Inc. exists to help women overcome home displacement, domestic abuse, abortion recovery, and mental health challenges through faith-based support, mentorship, and practical career readiness programs.

His Reach, Inc. is a nonprofit faith-based organization serving women in transition. We meet them where they are and help them rebuild their lives through:

Spiritual Support – Prayer, Bible study, and one-on-one encouragement to strengthen faith and hope.

Counseling & Recovery – Volunteer mental health counselors help women process trauma and move toward healing.

Career Readiness – Resume development, interview preparation, and job-readiness workshops to support long-term stability.

Community Outreach – Street and shelter outreach providing care packages, mentorship, and spiritual guidance.
Our goal is to restore dignity, build confidence, and help each woman know she is never beyond His reach.
Our story
His Reach (HR) began with a simple yes to God. After years in corporate leadership in Human Resources, our founder felt a pull to leave behind comfort and answer a higher call, to help women heal and rebuild their lives through faith.
What started as prayer and community outreach grew into a mission to serve women overcoming housing insecurity, domestic abuse, abortion recovery, and emotional pain. Each encounter revealed the same truth—every woman needs to know she is seen, loved, and still has purpose.
His Reach was created to be that reminder. A place where spiritual healing meets practical help. Where prayer is paired with preparation. And where women walk away restored in faith and equipped for a new beginning.
