Leadership
Our story
His Reach (HR) began with a simple yes to God. After years in corporate leadership in Human Resources, our founder felt a pull to leave behind comfort and answer a higher call, to help women heal and rebuild their lives through faith.
What started as prayer and community outreach grew into a mission to serve women overcoming housing insecurity, domestic abuse, abortion recovery, and emotional pain. Each encounter revealed the same truth—every woman needs to know she is seen, loved, and still has purpose.
His Reach was created to be that reminder. A place where spiritual healing meets practical help. Where prayer is paired with preparation. And where women walk away restored in faith and equipped for a new beginning.
